What it costs. Before we start.
We take most PPO plans and Nevada Medicaid and bill them for you. Before any treatment starts, you'll see your plan and an estimate of what you'll owe, and you're welcome to get a second opinion.

We walk you through your plan
After your exam, you'll get a treatment plan with an estimated out-of-pocket cost, and we'll talk through options if you want one.
We file your claims
We send claims straight to your insurer, so you don't have to spend time on the phone with them.

Understanding Your Coverage
Every plan is different, but these patterns show up in most dental insurance policies.
Typical Percentages
It's common for a plan to use a 100-80-50 split. Preventive care is paid at 100%, basic treatment like fillings at 80%, and major treatment like crowns at 50%.
What's Covered
Routine visits and common repairs usually get some coverage: exams, cleanings, X-rays, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns and bridges.
What Plans Often Exclude
Purely cosmetic work, like whitening and veneers, is seldom covered. Some plans also leave out clear aligner treatment for adults.
Waiting Periods
Watch for waiting periods. A plan may hold off 6 to 12 months before paying for crowns, bridges and other major restorative work, while cleanings and checkups are usually covered right away.
